Ceremony
Time: 3:00 pm
At the Clubhouse Barn where our ceremony will be taking place.
Cocktail Hour
Time: 4:00 - 5:00 pm
Inside of the Haynes Room in Hotel Jay.
Reception
Time: 5:00 - 9:00 pm
Inside of the Haynes Room in Hotel Jay.
Jay Peak has Shuttles that will be available for guests to use.
Friday, 2:15 - 2:50 pm the shuttles will be picking up guests from Hotel Jay and Tram Haus Lodge, to bring them to the Ceremony.
Friday, 3:30 - 4:00 pm the shuttles will be bringing guests from the Wedding Barn to the Haynes Room for the Cocktail Hour/Reception.
Dial Ext. 7777 for Shuttle Pick Up from the various lodging options at Jay Peak.
